This redevelopment represents an opportunity for WRDC to contribute to a socially and environmentally responsible development that will create jobs, rebuild a community and improve mufti-modal transportation. The planning of this project forged a strong partnership between WRDC, Millbourne Borough, the community and its stakeholders.

The Point is an 118,000 square foot retail complex, consisting of five existing buildings and an undeveloped retail pad site.
