801 Arch Street is a 180,000 square foot, six story center city Philadelphia office building. The building just underwent a major upgrade which included replacment/renovating all HVAC systems, windows, bathrooms, lobbies and elevators. Located on the perimeter of Philadelphia's Independence Mall district, the building is steps away from multiple sources of public transportation. WRDC recently entered into leases with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania departments of Labor and Industry and General Services to occupy 50,000 square feet.
