Having advanced from Community Manager to Regional Manager, Nathan excels in optimizing revenue, budget analysis, and team development. Known for his detail-oriented approach and strong team collaboration, he is also an active advocate for the multifamily sector as a member of the Bay Area Government Affairs Committee.
