Senior Systems and Network Engineer

Brad Finberg

Brad is a lifelong technologist whose career began unusually early—at just eight years old—when he built a custom loader program on an Atari 800XL to speed up multi-floppy software loading. That early spark evolved into more than 25 years in systems engineering, network design, and IT infrastructure, spanning every major generation of Windows, macOS, and Linux. His hands-on expertise includes system administration, multi-site deployments, virtualization, automation, and complex troubleshooting. Brad’s foundation was shaped through a contract-based technical program with Parkland School District, where he worked throughout the school year and each summer in a paid role. By 1999, he launched his first business engagement, designing and installing a full Windows-based network for a title deed corporation—an early demonstration of his ability to deliver complete, end-to-end solutions. Since then, he has led major IT and network integrations for schools, warehouses, apartment complexes, MTUs/MDUs, retail facilities, and government agencies, with experience across advanced networking, cross-platform integration, Ubiquiti/Calix/pfSense/AdTran/TSNR systems, DIA and EPLS circuit deployment, wireless infrastructure, audio distribution, access control, and low-voltage solutions. Known for blending forward-thinking engineering with time-tested best practices, Brad designs systems that are stable, scalable, and built to last, earning him a trusted reputation as a go-to resource throughout the IT industry.
