Oxford Valley Road

Oxford Valley Plaza is a 74,000 square foot shopping center located on Oxford Valley Road adjacent to the Oxford Valley Mall and Sesame Place. The shopping center benefits from its superior proximity to Route 1, Interstate 95, the Pennsylvania Turnpike and the affluent areas of Newtown and Yardley. WRDC is currently repositioning the shopping center. Renovations thus far included construction of a signalized intersection, development of 4,400 square foot pad site and relocation of a new pylon sign. In the fall of 2011 a full facade renovation was completed, additional landscape and exterior upgrades were completed to accommodate the lease executed with Bonefish Grill.
