63rd Street & Market Street

WRDC has began development plans for a 15 acre tract of land at the intersection of 63rd Street and Market Street in Delaware County, Pennsylvania. Development will entail up to 80,000 square feet of retail space, a new signalized entrance from Market Street and (pending approval) multifamily housing. WRDC is currently seeking an anchor tenant for the retail portion of the site.
