63rd Street & Market Street

WRDC has began development plans for the first phase of the development of a tract of land at the intersection of 63rd Street and Market Street in Delaware County, Pennsylvania. Septa recently completed construction of a new rail station ajacent to the property. The development of this 15 acre tract of land will include a new signalized entrance from Market Street. WRDC is currently seeking an anchor tenant for the retail portion of the site. Additionally, WRDC intends to develop the rear of the site as part of phase 2 of the project. Construction of phase 1 in scheduled to begin in 2010.
