Intersection of Route 38 & Route 70

The Point is a 118,000 square foot mixed use complex constructed in the 1990's. The complex consists of five existing buildings and three retail pad sites. Located at the intersection of Route 38 & Route 70, more than 150,000 cars pass the site each day. The complex benefits from the tremendous exposure. Currently, tenants include: Weisman's Children, Lab Corp, Benihana Japanese Steakhouse, Sonic, Dollar General and Wawa. WRDC is also in the process of redeveloping the former movie theater building.
