Intersection of County Line Rd. & Bustleton Ave.

WRDC recently completed redevelopment of County Line Plaza, a 75,000 square foot grocery anchored shopping center located at the busy intersection of County Line Road and Bustleton Avenue in Philadelphia. The shopping center serves Northeast Philadelphia, Lower Bucks County and Montgomery County. When WRDC acquired the property the shopping center was in excess of 70% vacant. WRDC repositioned the shopping center by downsizing from a full scale grocer to A&P's Food Basic's concept which focus's on driving value for its customers. By downsizing the grocery store this enabled WRDC to lease the remaining anchor space to Big Lot's. The superior co tenancy between the two anchors drives traffic to the shopping center.
