Executive Profiles

Michael B. Willner

Michael oversees acquisitions, leasing and development for WRDC. Before joining WRDC, Michael was a Real Estate attorney for the law firm Wolf, Block, Schorr & Solis-Cohen. Michael earned his law degree from the Villanova University School of Law in 1998, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Carnegie Mellon University. He serves on the board of Philadelphia’s chapter of Jewish Family & Children’s Services, the Etz Chaim Center for Jewish Learning and with his wife founded Israel Ad Olam, a young Israel Bonds leadership group.

Benjamin P. Willner

Benjamin oversees financing, management, leasing and development for WRDC. Before joining WRDC, Benjamin was a Real Estate Analyst for GMAC Commercial Mortgage at their headquarters in Horsham, Pennsylvania. He also served as an intern for the real estate firm Lend Lease at their international headquarters in Sydney, Australia. Benjamin earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the Pennsylvania State University. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. Benjamin is a proud father and is very active in the community.  He supports many local and national charitable causes and serves on the board of Israel Ad Olam.

Chuck Lojewski

Chuck has been with WRDC for over ten years. Mr. Lojewski oversees all accounting matters for WRDC from daily operations to financial reporting. Before joining WRDC, Chuck was a staff accountant for the John A. Robbins Cos. Chuck attended the University of Pennsylvania, earned an Associates degree from DCCC and a Bachelor of Science degree from West Chester University. Chuck is the proud father of three sons and is very active in the community.
