Acquisitions

We are principals actively seeking retail centers in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Maryland, Delaware and Florida. We will consider neighborhood, community and regional retail shopping centers that are 50,000 square feet and larger.  

WRDC is aggressively seeking to expand our apartment portfolio.  Acquisitions considered will be in excess of 250 units ideally with a value add compotent and located on the east coast.

Our Hospitality Division is expanding rapidly with the recent acquisition of two hotels located in New Jersey and Missouri.  WRDC is actively seeking to acquire Hotels nationwide.  

We are also looking to purchase entire portfolios. Our relatively small size paired with our ability to make considerable equity investments enable us to proceed at a quicker pace than most real estate companies. You will be dealing directly with the decision makers and their honest straight forward approach.
