The Shoppes at 18th & Commercial is a 82,000 square foot shopping center anchored by Staples and CVS Pharmacy. The center is located on E. Melville Plaza is a 56,000 square foot shopping center located in the heart of the Route 110 corridor. Located just south of Spagnoli Road, the shopping center is anchored by Fortunoff Backyard Store and Party City. All the tenants of the shopping center have a history of strong sales volumes.

WRDC has began development plans for the first phase of the development of a tract of land at the intersection of 63rd Street and Market Street in Delaware County, Pennsylvania. Septa recently completed construction of a new rail station ajacent to the property. The development of this 15 acre tract of land will include a new signalized entrance from Market Street. WRDC is currently seeking an anchor tenant for the retail portion of the site. Additionally, WRDC intends to develop the rear of the site as part of phase 2 of the project. Construction of phase 1 in scheduled to begin in 2010.

WRDC purchased the 69th Street complex in 1987. WRDC completely revitalized and expanded the over 850,000 square foot shopping district that spans more than four city blocks. With all new facades, the construction of a state-of-the-art 10-screen United Artists movie theater and the construction of four new buildings, WRDC brought the prestige back to the 69th Street Shopping District. WRDC sold most of its interest on 69th Street in 2005. WRDC still owns a few buildings at the corner of 69th and Walnut Streets.

Carlisle Commerce Center is conveniently located at the signalized intersection of White Street & Rt. 74 on the west side of York, with easy access to Rt. 30. The shopping center is anchored by Weis Market, Big Lots, Planet Fitness, Dollar General, Wine & Spirits and the US Postal Service. There are many national retailers surrounding this center.

County Line Plaza is 75,000 square foot strip center located at the busy intersection of County Line Road and Bustleton Avenue in Philadelphia. The Crossroads is a power center located on Route 30 at the intersection of Interstate 83. The shopping center attracts national retailers looking to serve the entire market from a central location. Anchor tenants include: Old Navy, PetSmart, AC Moore, LA Fitness and HH Gregg.

North Point Plaza is located at the intersection of Eisenhower Boulevard and Carlisle Pike in Central Pennsylvania. The shopping center is located at the center point of a growing retail market, surrounded by numerous national retailers. The Hanover market has seen exceptional growth over the last decade. Hanover's draw is the proximity to major metropolitan markets such as Baltimore, MD, Washington, D.C. and Philadelphia. Shelly Plaza is a 70,028 square foot grocery anchored neighborhood shopping center. Located at the intersection of Frankford Avenue and Academy Road, the shopping center offers an unbeatable in-fill location. Shelly Plaza is anchored by a high volume Food Basics supermarket(A&P).

Summerdale Plaza is a 154,194 square foot grocery anchored shopping center on the west shore of Harrisburg. Anchor tenants include Kmart, ShurFine Supermarket and Rite Aid.
